Form long years the "Grease Trap" term is used to define "A plumbing devise, appurtenance or even we can say that an appliance which is installed in the sanitary drainage system just to intercept or to remove greases, oil and nonpetroleum fats or the (FOG) from a wastewater or from the discharge water.

Now let’s talk about the installation and working of the Grease Trap

Grease trap work for shall, that mean all greases, grease complexes, fats, oils, scum, sludge and all other organic polar compounds that derived from animal and plant sources that contain many or multiple carbon chain.

Basically Grease Trap is used at the places like big industry or factory where the water is polluted by the fats or oil and is drain from the company like big food industry or industry that is engaged in the preparation of pre-cooked food or such stuffs.
At the very first we had to dig the big hole for the pipe lines of the input to the main chamber. When we are installing the grease trap in a driveway you should always remember that you must never put any of the spoils back into the hole. It must be properly filled with stones.

The main thing that one must remember is that the company which is making the grease trap for us will also set the sewer system into the hole. And also it will supply all the drain pipes and fittings that we need to hook the grease trap up to the sewer system.
At the time of installation it’s very necessary that the face of the hole must be in the right direction. As you can see there are tees inside the manhole that are parts of grease trap, and that allow access to clearing the drain lines when it is needed.

At the time of setting or adjusting the rings you get the frame of the manhole cover and level with the drive way. Also to installed a clean out pipes after the trap. At the time of cleaning sewer and drain you will never have enough space to clean the outs.
After completion of both the two holes the cover the hole and rest of the place with pea gravel, cover it in such a way that there must be 6" pour of concrete. Many times do have 9" covers just for two clean outs, in this way one can safely drive over them without any damage to the sewer clean outs.
